Hello, I ungraded my software last night and when I turned my phone on this morning my BBM icon was missing. I did a search but it returned nothing. My friend was able to send me a message and it was delivered. I have gone into app world to try to re download it but when I open 'My world" my phone freezes and when I try to re download it from searching on app world my phone freezes.



Help....I live for BBM!!

Go to rroyy.com pn your device browser and install previous version. Reboot. Then go to App World and install latest version.

If you are using an older version of bbm you would have had to back it up manually in options. Once you upgrade you info will transfer with your BBID

I have had BBM disappear after an update. Just go to App World (BB World) and see if it's listed as an installed app. If it is not. refresh the list (Alt RST) & check again. If you see it, uninstall it & then reinstall. If it's still not showing up. Just try to install it (search for BBM & then install) That doesn't work, manually install it with your computer. If your having a REALY bad day for some reason, to to Rroyy & install his, & then upgrade it.

Now able to get contact after full data restore and manual upgrade of bbm
