ive got BB desktop manager, updated my OS, still have a few things on media card but lost all contacts...Where do i go to get them? Thanks.

when updating the OS, it should have automatically done a backup, so, if you just go into the "backup/restore" portion of the desktop manager, and hit restore, it will prompt you to choose which backup file you want.. look for an .ipd file with the date that you did the OS update. click on that, and you should be good.

Also search for a file named loaderbackup(date).ipd

That can be used to restore your BB as well.
