Hi,

I am using blackberry 9650 (without camera). I am facing few problems:
1. I am not able to update my phone to new or old version. Every time i get a message saying there may be some problem with my internet connection or try later. Currently my version is v6.0.0.436
2. I have installed app world but cannot see the application anywhere
3. I am not able to download messenger
4. I am not able to see download folder

Please help me.
