Hi, I have the 8830 from verizon and I am using the provided theme "today". When I have unread messages (missed calls or texts) it always let me know, however after I read them it still says (1 unread) no matter what I have have to goto delete prior in order to get rid of the indicator. This is annoying, can anybody help me out?

Pull the battery out of the phone and re-insert. It should reset the counter.
