    Hi guys,

I recently bought a blackberry curve 8450 on the internet as i'd lost yet another contract phone. it said it was unlocked but when i put my three sim card in it only gives me the options of orange, O2, vodaphone and t-mobile for network selection. I occasionally gives me signal for a minute or so but says this is orange, and it goes back to SOS almost straight away. Is there any way i can get it to work with my three sim card or am i doomed?

    please help

What exactly did you buy? There is no such thing as a BlackBerry 8450.

I'm guessing 8350 but it doesn't have a sim card slot. So it would be the 8530

3 network is 3G only with backup from orange network but only gsm backup.

8320 is gprs and edge only, sorry but it will not work on 3. The only blackberry that will work on 3 is the bold 9000, that's the only one they support.
