I have an unlocked 8520, with UK Vodafone with BIS. All working happily.
I wish to swap the SIM to a UK T-Mobile one, a Pay-As-You-Go SIM. The new SIM will have BIS enabled from T-Mobile.
My question is - how does this swapping affect my BIS email, and BBM? The device isn't changing, so I assume my PIN remains the same?
Will BBM continue to work the same? Will I need to re-register with BIS for a new <me>@BIS-provider-email address?
You will need to create a new <me>@BIS-provider-email address. Your old one will cease to exist and you will longer have access to it as soon as you activate your device PIN on the new carrier/provider.
