So, I've gotten bored with my Android device (had it for the last 18 months) and am looking to change it up a bit (or at least be able to flip between phones once and while).

I was given a 9300 3G and it was locked to Canadian Provider.
I paid for an unlock from an unlocker on this board, but their website didn't provide me the unlock code, nor did the email confirmation of the code come.
The paypal receipt did come through.

I made the request yesterday before 12:00pm EST.
I have sent them a request for help yesterday through their online contact us form and then sent two additional e-mails yesterday. I've attempted to reach out to the unlocker on Crackberry (this part was this morning, so I can't blame him for not responding yet).

I haven't heard anything back.

The question I have is, how long before I dispute the PayPal charge? It's been 23hrs.

Thanks. I believe that is a good amount of time too.

It's just in a world of instant gratification, sometimes our realistic sides become somewhat out of whack. So, the second opinion is greatly appreciated.

Don't let him make excuses for 45 days. That's the cutoff for disputes. The hong kong guys will try telling you "its a busy shipping time still on way" and then day 45 comes and they stop answering emails. But this is an unlock code so you won't have that problem. I would check if the website days a length of time if it doesn't I've him 72 hours.
