E profiles Alert engine: player update-error: 5

any one have any ideas?
i just upgraded to .175 but was getting these prior to that also, not affecting the phone at all, it seems to have the error when i change profiles or a get a notification.

its the code in the OS that controls the sounds of the phone. maybe it got loaded wrong when your phone had the OS loaded on it, or if you yourself loaded a new OS. you may have to wipe and reload the latest OS or the OS you have on it already.

thanks like i said its been doing this for a while even before i upgraded the os. any way thanx for your help, and of course now that i told someone about it im not getting it anymore, its just in my event log. i does not interfere with the operation of the phone at all.

Do you have a 3rd party program like BerryBuzz installed? If so, could be a problem with that.

Did you update to BBM5? If so, did you add a Group to BBM?

Some people have reported getting odd errors like that after joining a group on BBM5.
