I have received thefollowing error trying to upgrade the license manager. "The license being entered is not compatible with the existing keys in the license manager." The license type is shown as Small Business Edition. All the license along with the new sets starts with bescal-xxxxxx. I have upgrade to BES4.1.6 but now I am being told by RIM that I should install Blackberry Professional Software. Would this be a downgrade or will I lose any data going to Professional?
