I'm hoping someone can clarify a UMA query I have?
I have the 9780 and use it on the Orange network in the uk. The device is sim free and so I thought that it would not have UMA support as standard. Previous Orange branded ones do have UMA and I was under the impression that here it is only Orange branded devices that support it.
However, yesterday my 9780 suddenly started showing UMA. I have had the device for about a month and it has only just started showing UMA.
I am confused. Does anyone know if it is only branded Orange devices that support UMA in the UK? I have not changed any settings so I can't figure out why it has just shown up. I'm not complaining, just puzzled.
