Uber was working fine just a few days ago but now its not working on Either my Passport or my Z10??? Like the app just wont load, and the webpage is just blank???

I asked other Android and Iphone users and their uber works just fine.... Any one else having this issue with Uber or is it just me??

Okay for some weird reason there are 2 different links for using uber. Putting in www.uber.com will not let you sign in. So for blackberry, use m.uber.com

I emailed support once and they gave me that link. Real weird. Are you using that link?

Yah I am using the mobile site. But for some reason the site is just blank...

It's too bad, Uber hasn't released app for BB devices. Let's hope, when android will be available on BB devices, we would be able to use these apps. But, let's see whether android will be available on current devices (Z10, Z30, passport etc) or only new ones?

I just installed it tonight. Got it via SNAP. Not even available on Amazon.

I get the same thing you mention. Seemed to install fine. Go to open the app and all I get is their symbol in the middle of the screen...a dark screen.

And thats it.

Edit: I did try using m.uber.com on my z30...after accessing my location, it went right to the sign in screen. Seeing as i signed up as a driver...gonna give this a go in the AM..!

It now works for me with the Zeus browser only. Android and native browser throw up a uber splash screen with no way to log in. This problem happened to me when I really needed it to work the other day, so I had to take a taxi for twice the price instead.

I used Uber from my Q10 on July 13 using the mobile website and it worked just fine. Haven't had the opportunity to use it since.

I used it yesterday v3.40.3... no problem. I have Cobalt's GPlay apps installed as well as his G Services app. Message about services pops up, I wait 5-10 seconds, and it goes away and the app works.

With my Blackberry Bold 9900 OS 7, the download app doesn't work (I think it's only offering a download that works on OS 10).
Using the "native browser" route with m.uber.com, you get a blank uber page, with no sign in, UNTIL you request Uber support
to "authorize" your access. It takes a few tries with them, but after a period of time, you will get a proper sign in page.

However, at least for me, what you hit "request" the circle spins around endlessly and to get the page with the driver coming info, you have
to exit the website and get back into it (without any need to sign in again). I'm awaiting uber support on this but I don't think they will have a clue.
