Hi; I'm sorry if this has been answered somewhere already, but I've spent over 30min searching these forums and Googling this... How can you type out fractions on a BlackBerry?

For example, typing out "1/2" (and making it look like a small fraction) - is this possible?

Again, sorry for the seemingly simple question, I can't find an answer anywhere...

Simplest solution is to use Free Jingu Smileys - Download Jingu Smileys - Free Apps from BlackBerry App World, and take advantage of the autotext feature built into it.

    Why isn't ''1/2'' not enough?

K, i found a solution... e-mail yourself the symbols you want, or find a text sample of the text you want, and copy & paste it into the autocorrect list, and set it up so that when you type something (likd "degrees", for example) you get the according symbol to be inserted.

Yeah, I added my fractions and exponents to my Auto Text entries. Easiest way to go about doing it.
