If you do that does verizon start charging you like if you had navigator? Also how precise does it make Google maps, etc if you turn location on?

1500 meters of you approximate location.

Google Maps uses Cell Towers to find the location and it calculates your approximate location. BB Maps use GPS Sattelites to find the location and it find the most accurate position than Google maps.

No your are not charged to have the location service on.

This should be in the GPS section....

on verizon, gps will not work on tps, including google maps.. you will only get a radio triangulated location.
