Is it possible to easily turn off all data services except for email and messenger? I would like to minimize data usage while out of the country. Thanks.

no. not possible.

I don't think that's possible to just keep those both on, but you can try messing with the firewall settings. Go into options-security options-firewall and check that.

all or nothing........just exit anything else (or delete it) that uses data. Thats what i do when traveling to keep the roaming down.
