I am currently out of the country and I am trying to use the BB using the wifi only, but when I turn on the wifi, the BB does not connect to the BIS, hence I can not BBM...

anyone can recommend how? The sim card is a prepaid sim card.

Does the device have BIS somewhere?

try to register the device in host routing table. or maybe the internet connection is slow
