OK I was on here before tryin to help my cousin> Her Storm is shutting itself on and off. Also when she tries to txt it goes to call menu instead. She runs OS4.7.0.75 ... I was tryin to find a thread but nothing doers anyone have a thread they know of or some advice plz???

First thing is I would update her OS. The latest version from Verizon is 4.7.0.148. I have it uploaded here. 4.7.0.148

See if that helps her.
