I have tried this several times but I cannot seem to find a solution. After pairing my storm with other non BB devices, it always fails to receive a file, either a pix or musical file, so basically I cannot receive files from other phones but my device can send out. Is there something am doing wrong?

Same here, although i read somewhere you might have to 'initiate' the transfer?!
Can't find anything like that though

On the BlackBerry open Media, then select Receive using Bluetooth. Then have the other device send the file. As long as the receiving BlackBerry initiates the transfer it should work.
