Hi, I visited an AT&T store yesterday to see the devices they have available and saw they had a Z10 and Q10 on demo. Even though I have a Z10 I decided to try them both. As I began to play with them I saw that the devices haven't been updated but most of the iPhones and Androids were. BB10 on both devices were on 10.0 (Z10) and 10.1 (Q10). People who try these in store would be missing out on a lot of features BlackBerry has to offer. Anyways as I was playing around with the Q10 I found that I prefer touchscreen over the PKB. The PKB felt good in hand and has a feel of using a legacy device that comes with it which could be both a good feeling and bad due to people's preferences of the BlackBerry as being an "outdated" device. BB10 on the device is unattractive. The apps are squeezed into a small screen and makes it really uncomfortable to use the touchscreen on the Q10; in which case I would rather use a 9900. Maybe if BlackBerry could make the screen a little bit larger people would actually like to try a Q10 but I've heard that Q20 should fix that problem. As for the carriers, BlackBerry should get these carriers to update their devices. I played around with a 5, 5S, 5C, and 4S and to tell you the truth I found nothing different between these. I've enjoyed playing with the fingerprint scanner on 5S but that was all I found intriguing. I actually want to buy the 5S for its fingerprint scanner but prefer to stick with BlackBerry. Anyways this was just my take on what I prefer. Thanks for reading.

Haha, damn you! I have convinced myself to add a Q10 to my arsenal, don't make me 2nd guess myself

I am keeping my Z30 for personal use, games, etc. And the Z10 will move from my work phone to my "test" device.

I am excited to give the Q a test run for work but I am a little disappointed in the diminished Bridge capabilities with the PB.

This is just what I thought about the device. It didn't really attract me when I was using it. The PKB would be the only thing I would buy the device for but I wouldn't use it as a daily driver and I actually enjoy using the VKB more.

I'm surprised you got to see alive demo, although outdated. All I can find is demo models with a picture on the screen, I can't even recall if it's a real screen.

I am on the same boat. I have used q10 for 5 months then moved to z30. Virtual keyboard is the best I have used do far.

I'm with on this one, I gave my Z10 to my brother and I got a Z30, but I'm eager to get my hands on a Q10. I miss my 9900 keyboard, so I wanna go for it.

Have a Z10, Z30, and Q10. Yes the Z30 is beautiful, but I genuinely get more done on my Q. The Q10 is my constant daily driver and I carry the Z30 along as my media device. It has all but replaced my Ipad. Another thing to not overlook is the great convenience of the small size of the Q10. It gets things done, and doesn't get in the way! I also find myself not wasting so much time on the Q10. My wife is happier when I'm not staring at my phone. Out of holster, fire off a message, back in the holster.
