I have a vacation to Nova Scotia, Canada planned for August and I was just wondering a few things and figured i'd ask here because CB has always been more responsive than VZN about any question I had previously.

But back to my question, what do I have to do to make sure I have service and data (i'll settle for edge ) while I am in Canadia. I will be flying into Halifax and then grabbing a rental and driving up to Cape Breton to stay for a week.

I've just never left the States with this phone so I wanted to make sure I don't have any problems contacting anyone. Thanks in advance.

Canada is a first world country afterall....i'm sure you'll have all the service you need.

If your on Verizon, you will probably connect to the Telus towers while in Canada. (both on CDMA, and Telus & Verizon have a partnership).

Check the rates for roaming and data - there will be additional costs for using the BB over the border.
