the only way i found to do this is to sync your contacts on the 9860 with outlook, then wipe the device, sync the device with outlook again, backup the device, save the backup file to your desktop, open your new z10 in the new link program, click the device and choose restore data

this worked for me perfectly

i could not figure out how to select all contacts on the 8960 to transfer by bluetooth
