    I am a Mac user and my laptop does not recognice (i have the BB link installed in my computer) none of my BB10 devices (Passport and Z30) to do a back up.
    And I can not upload the address book and calendar to my gmail account..
    I will appreciate and help or guidance.

    Check your Gmail account settings. When I set mine up on my z30 I had the option for email, calendar, and contacts. Enabling contacts synced all of my phones contacts to my Gmail account.
