Desktop Manager Device Switch Wizard should be able to help you out with this.

Download Desktop Manager from the BlackBerry website if you do not have it. Device Switch is part of DM.

Ok, what part are you struggling with specifically?
Worst case, go back to your carrier and ask them to do it if you got it from there. They can do that easily if you can't get it sorted out...$ - 12-03-2010, 08:56 PM

Well, what happens when you minimize itunes, and go back to the desktop manager software after it tries to open itunes.
Either that, or set itunes to not automatically try to sync when the iphone is detected...$ - 12-03-2010, 11:59 PM
