    Default Trackpad

I wouldn't be surprised if the trackpad either resurfaced or the physical keyboard disappeared completely. Because of the missing trackpad many users are talking about trying the Z10, including myself. This may result in fewer X10 sales. I'm going to wait for the X10 reviews before I make up my mind.

Let's wait till it all happens. We can then make up our minds. All looks very good to me.

Really, with the improvement in touchscreen interfaces, the trackpad is becoming a redundancy. A person will adapt, and soon the trackpad isn't necessary. Because of my experience trying an iPhone, I never thought it would be possible to enjoy a touchscreen phone. With my shift onto an Android, I discovered my initial impressions were wrong.

Now, I'm not saying they won't be missed, initially, but with practice, we, as humans, can adapt. If the X10 is a smooth experience, as it is supposed to be, soon you'll no longer fret about the trackpad.

People ranted and raved about losing the thumb wheel. Then they had a cow when they lost the trackball. Now we can't handle the loss of the trackpad. Guess what....we hate change. But we get used to it.

Trackpad is finished. So don't think it's coming back.
