On the Curve, the space bar is Page Down. Alt+Space is Page Up. Most likely the same on the Bold. If that is not correct, check your users manual for the right key combination.

Do what I do, I use the SPACE BAR to page down a long page,and only ue the trackball to get to INPUT boxes, links or to go back up a little, if I pass something I wanted to see.
The SPACE bar will go down one screens worth of the page, each time you press it.
T will get you back to the TOP of a page
B will take you o the BOTTOM of a page
R will reload the page you are on
I will bring up the browser history
A will add a bookmark of the page you are on
