Trackball question
My trackball feels fine but underneath feels rough when it roles. Anyone hit this issue? Does the ball simply need replacing? Sometimes it does stick and won't go in a particular direction. That clears up after I turn it off and plaay w/ til it roles that way. I've had this berry for sometime so it doesn't suprise me with wear and tear, I just want to see if you guys think its the ball and not what's underneath. I also realize it may be a replace the ball and see situation.

I would start by searching the forums here for tutorials on ' trackball cleaning ' . If its rough, that usual means some dust or a dirt/sand particle has slipped in there.
On of my favorite things to do on a regular basis, is to turn off my berry. Hold it up, screen facing the ground. And run my finger vigorously with pressure in all directions possible for 15 seconds.
This has worked for me to clear out small particles that have hindered the feel of my trackball.
But if that doesn't help, as stated above search the forums for trackball cleaning.

I do what Fubaz suggests. Haven't had an issue yet. Looking to take my phone apart and do some REAL cleaning soon, though.

Mine got so bad at one point I had to do a complete surgery on it to clean it out. Rubbing alcohol will help clean it periodically also.
A blast of canned air can sometimes free up any stuck particles.
Best defense is making sure it is holstered if you put it in a pocket or purse.
