Hello all, I recrentally got the 8830 (switched out from a Voyager) and I have no idea how I lived without it.

I've had the device for just over a month now and its acting up. When I click with the trackball...sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Other times all it will do is keep selecting and selecting, I accidentally e-mailed my GM 6 times with no control. I replaced the ball and make sure the area was clean, yet it still does it. I also reset it to factory settings and did the OS update. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to share.

And also one question...

1) If I have to repalce a part is there any way you can make the trackball not be able to select, intil I can get it fixed?

might have to take it back if it's still under warranty... If it's not the trackball could be the mainboard.
