Hello! My first new thread! Yay! oh anyways, sometimes my trackball thing messes up an wont move or go down! It drives me crazy an takes forever for it to work again then it doesnt do it for a week or so! Is there some way to fix it or am I screwed an have to take it back?
It feels like its stuck an it wont move an gives me a heart attack! Makes me freaking crazy Like ill be typing away then it wont move an for the life of me it wont go down!
Well I clean this thing several times a day but if it keeps doing it i may get another one since I was smart and got insurance. I guess ill see, thanks for your help tho.
its just dirty.
put it in standby or turn it off.
press the ball down and push it in the direction/directions its stuck. u might find some lint, or dust stuck to the ball in that direction. just give it a bit of a clean and you are off again
I honestly think it's a memory leak, this happens to mine as well. the trackball moves, but not on the screen, the berry is freezing up due to a memory leak. See where your memory is at the next time it happens.
