I read the Tour can use the Windows Live Search app but does it include the GPS tracking and voice search feature? I really like the map and GPS feature that the same app offers on my Touch Pro 2. I have read conflicting reports the Tour supports the app but no GPS mapping (turn by turn directions) were included.
They are supposed to be updating windows live mobile to bing and for our OS. Some people say it works flawlessly on their tour, I had it installed but could never get GPS to work. I went to Poynt, at least that uses cell towers if GPS is not locking.
I too downloaded the live search app, but so far it's not working like I had hoped. I had a treo before my tour and loved that I could use my contacts for directions or type, speak, or select a city from the map. It also had many catagories to find near a location and more. I'll tinker with it more, but if anyone can help me figure this out please do.
