I have a Torch 9810 and my touch screen has stopped working. It started before with the touch keyboard never showing up so I always had to use the normal keypad. A battery pull usually fixed this. However now, the entire touch screen is not working. Battery pulls don't help. I took it to a repair shop and the guy said I needed some sort of "strip". And he was charging be a lot of money for it. How can I resolve this on my own?
