This forum's very name being "crackberry", this is going to be a redundant post but I want to shout it from the rooftops anyway...after years of 9700, I got me a Bold 9900 and I dig it in a major, major way. It has absolutely everything I need. I am the only person - not just in my immediate circle but probably in a 50 mile radius - to own a Blackberry but from seeing what my friends do with their iPhone and Android devices, I can't really understand what's so great, glamorous or different. They send emails, texts and pictures, they use their cameras, they use apps like Whatsapp and Shazam, they listen to podcasts and mp3's - all things that I do with my device except that my phone has a fantastic keyboard AND a touchscreen AND looks amazing AND is the most beautifully ergonomical device ever designed...SO much hipper looking than those bricks people are carrying around.

I'm staying with my 9900 as long as it serves me and if BB is still in business when it no longer does, I'll get another Blackberry, most likely a Q10. Who cares about what the Joneses are buying?
