Seems like Tizen OS is slowly gaining market share whereas BB10 market share is diminishing day by day. Will Tizen become successful in becoming another major OS ?

Depends on how you define success. It'll be relegated to low-cost hardware that those living in more moderns areas won't have much interest in. That doesn't mean it can't be 'successful' in those areas though.

Also, they need developers. Hence their cash incentives for developers to build apps. Having witnessed that on BB10, that basically means no one is interested. A successful platform doesn't NEED to pay developers, the developers would already be flocking to it naturally.

Where can I buy a Tizen phone?

I'm on Verizon. I don't think they will be carrying a flagship, CDMA , Tizen phone with killer specs anytime soon.

As "dead" as BlackBerry 10 seems, you're honestly far better off using an OS 10 phone like a Passport for instance, over a Tizen powered phone, which tends to have very poor specifications.

They already tried that with Bada OS, and had some success with it. But eventually fate of all subsidized platforms is the same.
