Are there any tips or secrets to make my BB work beter. As I said in the post my browser icon is not on the main screen. when I try to ste up BB email orany internet type opration it says that my bb does not have any browser configuraton servicebook entries. Is there any way to override that and input entries so hay I may be able to web search fom my BB. Can you help. Thanks Also any upgrades??

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? You won't get the browser or be able to connect to the internet. You need to contact your carrier to get the proper data plan if you don't have it.

I do have a data plan but unable to connect.
