Hi all,

I just got myself a case mate tough case to protect my beautiful z10 but as soon as i put it on I realise it fitted so well (maybe too well) and tried to take it off and see if I will be able to do so in case I need to change the sd card, sim card or battery and I was right. I couldn't take it off and I didn't want to force it in case I damage my z10 or the case.

So, any tough case user out there can give me some tips to safely remove the case please.

I have one. It's not currently on my phone because it's so hard to remove. I generally just pick a corner and carefully start to pry the phone out.

The case is very nice and solid and protective, but when I use it, it's only when I know I won't need to take it off in a hurry.
