I have been leaving them all on (when home they're connected to WiFi), but wasn't sure if it would be better for me to turn the devices that I'm not using at the time off. My initial concern was maybe the device wouldn't turn back on and not sure what would be best for the battery health overall.

Anyway, my point I guess is would it be better to have the devices running 24/7 or to turn them off? I know a bunch of you have multiple BB10s and just wondering if you let them all run or turn them off when not using. Updated all the ones I still switch around to 10.3.1 and it's not much of an issue keeping them on and charged, but not sure if they'd last longer if off or if it really doesn't matter?

I leave my Q5 off most of the time. Just plug it in before I need to use it, seems fine. I leave my Z10 off for the most part also, I make sure to charge it and turn it on once a week at least, I don't like to let it die completely.

I made sure the battery on my Z10 and Q10 where fully charge, pull the battery and place them back in there original boxes.

Thanks for the help. Doesn't seem to be an issue to turn off. I've had 4-5 running 24/7 lol. The battery removal doesn't work to well on the Z30 and Passports :-)

I use my Passport all day but when I get home I fire up the old z10 and use that for going on fb and crackberry. I usually give my Passport a break from being used all day. I do have the extended battery on my z10 so I unplug it when I get home and plug it back before I leave home.

I haven't had any issues so far.

Z10, Q10, and Z30 run 24/7..never have slowed or lagged and all three were purchased when first released. Has not seemed to affect the battery life, if anything, battery has improved since 10.3.1.xxxx
