1) Two version of a QNX device in early 2012. One with full touch screen and another 1 with a keyboard.
2) Actually co-operating with vendors for must have apps. (Netflix, Skype, ooVoo, Angry Birds, etc.).
3) To catch up and surpass Apple. They might go into the same mix up Rim is having now with Jobs resignation and this is the perfect opputunity to seize the market.
4) Don't be scared to steal and better other phone ideas. Take something that's flawed and make it BlackBerry.

Not everything will go one person's way. Verizon and 3UK have locks on skype.

I recommend faxing RIM. They might consider it, or laugh it off. Either way, they'll do what they think is right.
