As a happy z10 owner (bought the day it came out) and BlackBerry weasel, in general. I'm hoping I can get some answers... even speculation.

I love the z10. If I upgraded, I don't want a z30, Classic, Q10, Passport or even the z3. I like the Z10. Will there be another like it? Or, will it be an updated z3 ?

Any insight or wild accusations would be fantastic. I'd love to hear opinions.

As far as most of us know, there are no current sightings of an upgraded Z10. The only BlackBerry 10 device stronger than the Z10 at the moment is the Z30, but you already mentioned that you don't want that.

Right now the best guess for the next higher-end all-touchscreen BB10 device is to release about 9 months from now, in March-May 2015.

There are a variety of rumours, but most say a 5.2" OLED screen with a resolution of either 1080x1920 or 1440x2560, 3GB RAM, Wireless AC Wi-Fi, 3000+ mAh battery, and I can't remember what else.
I know a lot of people are hoping for a touchscreen in size somewhere between that and the current Z10, but I'm not sure if we can expect two touchscreens that soon.

I'm not adverse to a z30... just trying to figure out where the wind is blowing. not a qwerty guy - I went touch screen with the z10 and really love it. I guess I'm the guy who likes the changes. The ones that almost destroyed BlackBerry. Lol.

Could do with being smaller.
I have a moto x with a 4.6 inch screen and it's smaller then the z10.
But I agree this is pretty much what I want from blackberry

I would consider a Z30 too, but not at the current $499 price. It simply is too late in the product's life cycle now, and for what it had spec wise was never a phone worth upgrading from Z10 for at that price. Plus I'm not sure what BlackBerry's plans are for software updates beyond 10.3.1 for it. I'm hoping they announce the next all touch time line when they release the Passport, as they do now have an all touch audience that is looking towards getting a new device.

My Z10 is pretty much out of commission but I didn't like the Z30 or Q10 I'd had...

I really hope for a 4.2" - 4.5" LCD screen, bigger battery, faster processor, more RAM, 32/64GB memory... Z50!

You could try the P'9982. It's the Z10 in a different body and 64GB of Internal storage. Download all the Apps you want with that one.

Love the Z10 comfy size and bright LCD screen. Really sad there's nothing similar on the official horizon to look forward to.
