I'm currently converting WMV files to MP4 files for my Blackberry Curve 8330. It seems to convert the files in real time.
Are there any tweaks that can speed up the process.
If not, is there another app for the PC that is faster?

I have the Blackberry Video Generator app installed on my PC. It converts files, but not WMV files it seems.

Try akmeffmpeg on akme.com. It's free and coverts many formats. Also has a preset templates for BB devices.

I use software from AVS4YOU. They have a large amount of video conversion software and I have never had a problem with any of them.

I usually use Video Converter software to convert WMV files to MP4 format. It's quite fast though I usually convert several videos at a time. You can try it.
