I believe there's an app called "SayIt", which is suppose to be similar.

Vlingo does a lot of what Siri does, but it does not talk to you. You can dictate emails/texts, web search, and finding things on the map (i.e. find me a restaurant).

Both are good apps. and VLingo has come along way over the last 3-4 years. Say It is a cool app. Some like it, others don't. But, any app that utilizes voice recognition will have a few hiccups along the way. Anyway, I still use Say It.

SayIt is a very nice app and has a pretty good voice recognition system
Works here and there and rarely ever hiccups.
