I downloaded two themes and loaded them to my phone...guy at work did some stuff to my computer now when i click on the theme it says file can't be opened. I tried to re download the theme and it still says that did he get rid of something on my computer that i need so the theme will work? I don't have OTA options so please keep that in mind thanks.

I would suspect "the guy at work" deleted one of the native themes that corresponds with the theme you are trying to use?

If you delete the native "Today" them you can not load any today themes. If you delete the native "Zen" theme - you can not use any Zen themes.

That would be my first guess anyway...?

I'm confused. If you've already loaded the themes to your phone, why are you trying to open the files on your computer?

I delete the 4.5 and all the themese and app from when i was having the trouble with my phone randomly shutting off now that its fixed i put os 4.5 back on my phone and would like to re load the aps and themes, the guy isnt around or online today so how do i fix this cause when i re downloaded the theme still didnt work..

I backed up the phone, but it wasnt letting me do it then either.......

whats the diff from a back up and loader back up?

well there is one of each with date which do i want

the loader backup and back up have the same date that is why i do not know which one of the two to select. I also don't think that this is going to make a diff in them being able to load the themes I think i have to remove them from the computer reinstall them and then I think something else is missing. Thats what I am looking for why is it doing this?

Okay well i did do that with one of them but i will try it again.

here is excatly what happens i click on it i download it the file open i extract it all and it open with the image gone...like the error picture ya know..i click on it it says...windows cannot open this file. File: ompazmic_theme_hearts_wood.cod To open this file, windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer. What do you want todo? this is the same error messages when your trying to download something and the program you need is not on the computer. so what do i need?

I have never gotten this before either but now when I try to start DM it says Connecting to messaging system...(which it should be trying todo) then another error msg upops up no profiles have been created. To create a new profile, use the mail icon on the control panel

Also I am going to re dl the dm which version should i get desktop software v4.6?
