    Try resending your service books

Log into your provider BIS website and click "Service Books" on the left, then click "Send Service Books".

Go to Options > Status, and tell us how much File Free memory you have; you might have a low memory issue.

I agree with the memory issue text has nothing to do with service books

Delete your "Wap Push" service book then tell me they don't

That's definitely your issue. Do a battery pull and if you don't get enough memory back with that delete some applications.

Thank you, thank you, thank you- that definitely seemed to work!! File Free now says: 4869590. Any recommendations on which applications to delete? Also- I know someone sent me a text- will I be able to get the ones that were sent, but not delivered or are they gone forever?

I don't think you will be able to retrieve them. I believe (but am not 100% sure) your BB was telling the network they were delivered but you did not have enough free memory for them to be stored on the BB.

You don't necessarily have to delete your apps, but you should use one of the memory optimization guides to get the most out of your memory.

they are gone forever and that is still really low on memory read through the link in my signature to free up more space you need to have at least 12,000,000 mb free space to avoid texts and call logs being deleted the link will tell you which apps to delete
