I find this feature so useful when on the go, and i know that i can't talk long and just want to leave a short message..

I have found myself using it alot more than usual lately, especially with family..

Anyone else use Text to Landline messaging??

Sprint, Nextel, and Verizon i believe in the US..
I'm from Canada, just Telus has it here "At least that i am aware of"..

Basically what you do is SMS a landline number, the phone rings on the landline saying that you have received a text message from "Mobile Number", Press 1 to hear the message.

And the text message is converted into a voice message, similiar to that of your voice mail..

God this is the worst idea yet. I sent my ex a text while we were going out. The only problem is I sent it to her home, whoops. That's just what I need is her father or brother getting it

I've sent these by mistake thinking it was a cell phone. I haven't noticed an extra charge which is good.
