I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this but I figured I would make a post anyways. I purchased the Z30 when it was priced at $299 on the shop blackberry site but when it went on sale for $249 I called the customer support to honour the promotional price and issue the difference as a refund, but it's been over a week now and all they have to say is there is no time frame when they will get to it...but they thank me for my patience. its funny how quick they take your money when you order something, sometimes well before they even ship the device. But when it comes to support they get to it when they get to it...BlackBerry needs to get there new channels of distribution up and running 'like yesterday' because digital River is by far the most incompetent operation I have encountered...and no one there seems to speak English without a major struggle...
