For those of you familiar with this feature.....
If you don't have your BB set to save call logs to message folder, where do your notes taken during a call go? I can't seem to find them.
Thanks in advance,
When in the call log, select the number you want the note for. Then from the menu, select history. All your calls to that number are listed, and those with notes have a little yellow folder. Click on the one you want and the menu pops up again. Select "edit Note" and you will see the content. That's how i access it, but to answer your question to where the go - I have no clue.
If you save it this way, the calls are saved in your History.
TO access, go to "phone", scroll on the call in which you took notes. Hit the Menu Key, then History. It will show you all the calls that you made to this person, and besides the ones you took notes on, there will be a little "Notepad" icon. Hit the menu key, and hit View/Edit notes.
Once again, something that I didn't know. You folks are a wealth of knowledge. I love the fact that I can then forward that Note session to an email address as a reminder.

cate, sometimes there is info relayed to me during a call that I would like to keep. So I activate speakerphone and type away.
Handy when a pen and paper are not readily available.

Thanks for the info, I found some notes that I couldn't locate.
Now how do I set my BB to save call logs to a folder or the notes that I take to a folder?
I would love to save all the notes on my calls when I syncronize on the Desktop manager, but that is not happening automatically. Anyone have a clue?? Thanks, L
Thanks! I didn't even know about these features. I always just opened a memo pad document for taking notes during calls. I like this call log method a lot better.
