I have been able to refill my pre-paid account at an AT&T in-store kiosk without paying a sales tax. If I go to the CR counter and the Rep takes my money, they charge a sales tax. Today, I went to the kiosk, and now the kiosk is charging a sales tax. Is there anyway to not pay a sales tax in MASS when refilling a pre-paid account?
