I keep reading conflictiing reports, so I hope someone here can set me straight.
we have exchange 2003 server, but do not have the BES software.
I have users who want to be able to sync via the usb cable, and they want to be able to sync EVERYTHING. they want their address book, the global address book from exchange, and all the folders they have sorted their email into.
what exactly can you sync via the USB cable?
when I tried it on mine it only synced my inbox and I think the calendar, but not my address book or the global address book.
if you could answer this noobie question it would be greatly appreciated.
