    very much so, yes it can be.

    You will need to set the sync to notify on conflict, or somehow in your head determine which is going to be the "lead" device, BB or Outlook, that you input data into.

    since outlook will be the lead device (1 person scheduling 2 field workers) I assume I could just set outlook to handle conflicts?

    Yes, you could. Make sure they know not to make changes then, or they won't be there after the sync.

    I say have TWO profiles on the pc, i.e. each person has there own login. Then, within each login you setup a sync with Outlook / the desktop manager...

    two profiles are not an option, I have one person scheduling 2 field workers, she needs 1 calendar that they can both use

    you can do it wirelessly via outlook + gsyncit (free download) and google sync on the individual blackberries.

    i have 9 syncing to the same calendar that way all wirelessly. any changes made on one is reflected on all others, including outlook.
