I just synched my data from my smartphone to my PC. I can't see my photos other than a file that can't be opened. How do i find my photos and contacts?
What exact steps did you follow to "synch your data"?

What operating system on the computer?
What version of the Blackberry Desktop Software are you using?
I opened up the BB Desktop Software which I downloaded from the BB website, and used Organiser to transfer data to my BB Torch 9800.
I am using Windows 7.
To what application on your computer did you transfer the data? Outlook? Something else?
Also, if you are looking for pictures or other media to transfer to the computer, you would need to use the Media Sync or copy the files directly to the computer. They are not synced with the regular data sync.
Yea, it has a media sync option, but I haven't had good luck with it. It doesn't seem to transfer all my selected pics to the device. I use the "Files" feature included in BDS to transfer encrypted pics between device and pc, and I use the USB (mass storage mode) option for transferring unencrypted pics.
