Had my personal email account set up initially (free Juno account) the day I bought my BB and it worked fine, problem was I was getting all the spam from that account, etc. So I deleted this email account from my BB last week.

Last night I changed the filters on my Juno account and now want it back on the BB. I used the email setup wizard and everything went fine, got the icon in the home row, etc. but now I'm still not getting emails. I just sent myself a test email to verify and still get nothing.

Did a search but came up empty. Any tips?

Log into your BIS email and resent service books.

Thanks everyone! Was finally able to log into the BIS website and did a "send service books". We'll see what happens.

I've been trying to set up my free Juno account onto my BB Storm, and I am not able to receive mail. I am able to send mail. What filters were on or off that did not allow me to receive messages but send them?
