thanks for your help. I am a newbie and can't seem to sync my bb. I installed the latest dsktop manager and I have configured everything to sync with outlook. when I start the sync it gets stuck at syncing address record 2 of XXXXX?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling bb manager and resting my bb but no help.
This is my first BB. Bought it Friday. I get an error message "the operation terminated unexpectedly" while syncing during the "Address book" part. I've talked to Verizon and Blackberry several times over the past three days and they haven't been able to fix this. Any suggestions?
