I am about to trade my Windows Mobile smartphone for a blackberry. I aill be using it on my corporate network (BES server?) and would like to also sync my outlook 2007 calendar as well. Is this possible? Will I need additional software?
Thanks

It's possible. I sync my address book.
You might want to check with your IT and/or security department to see what they allow/support. I use my BB for personal email only but am able to sync with Outlook - both 2003 (work) and 2007 (home) - without a problem. If your company has a BES server, the question then becomes whether they will allow you to add your personal phone to it, or require a business-issued BB. Also, the data plan is about 50% more expensive (AT&T, anyway) for BES as opposed to BES. Of course, if your company picks up the tab it's not really a big deal.
Forgot to add that aside from BB Desktop Manager (ver 4.3), I don't use any additional synchronization-related software.
